JVA recently structured the sale of the premises traditionally occupied by Citi on Gorlero Street in Punta del Este. This was one of several mandates that the bank has committed to our Corporate Solutions team in recent years. The transaction was conducted with the participation of a local realtor.

The Latin American Conference of Social Housing (CLAVIS), organized by Revista Propiedades from Uruguay, will take place at the Convention Center of the Municipality of Montevideo on July 1st and 2nd. JVA signed in April a strategic alliance with the French expert Benjamin Crevant, a specialist in energy efficiency and sustainable construction, to advise our corporate clients and investors in the development of new buildings and in the adaptation of existing ones. The agreement will also allow our clients to initiate environmental certification processes such as LEED and BREEAM for their premises.
JVA's new office is located in Las Mercedes and seeks to meet the new demands arising in the market of Paraguay, particularly in the development of housing for middle sectors of the population. Its purpose is also to help our customers who are interested in developing projects in that country.
