Our Valuation & Advisory team has conducted hundreds of valuations on several asset types in the last 20 years. We periodically conduct valuations on individual assets as well as property portfolios, according to international standards such as those defined by the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC) and guidelines provided by other relevant institutions such as the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Our market knowledge and expertise grant support to the work of our experts, providing trust and certainty to our valuation reports.

JVA's team also provides property consultancy sevices for companies and individuals. For decades, Julio C. Villamide has advised local and international private investors and local chambers of commerce, while actively collaborating with public institutions and all political parties in the ideation of proposals and solutions that would help address some of the country's main issues in the property market and industry.
